Lorna & Claire's Cheesy Bacon Spinach Dip

Ingredients
Prep time - 15 Mins
Cook time - 30 Mins
Serves - 8-10 roughly
6 Slices Bacon (diced)
227g Cream Cheese (room temp)
1 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups Baby Spinach (chopped)
1 cup Mozzarella (shredded)
1 cup Chedder Cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Leaves (chopped)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over a medium-high heat. Add Bacon and brown until crispy (6-8 mins). Transfer to paper towel lined plate
- Preheat Oven to 205C / 400F and lightly oil (or coat with non-stick spray) a 9-inch baking dish
- In a large bowl, combine the Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Parmesan, Mayonnaise and Worcestershire Sauce. Stir in Bacon, Spinach, 1/2 cup Mozzerella, 1/2 cup Chedder Cheese and season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
* Be careful with salt, bacon already salted the mixture, it likely won't need any more - Spread Bacon mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle to remaining 1/2 cups of cheeses
- Place into oven and bake until bubbly and golden (about 20-25 mins)
- Serve immediately, garnished with Bacon and Parsley if desired
