Green Soup

Serves: 8 (roughly)
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Leeks
- 300g Broccoli
- 640g Cabbage
- 360g Mushrooms
- 1 Veg Stock Pot
- 1 Chicken Stock Pot
Directions
- Chop leeks, broccoli and cabbage and shred. Boil in pot half filled with water (it's okay if this does not cover the veg, it will shrink down to fit). Boil for 20 mins
- Add chopped mushrooms and stock pots. Top up water to cover if neccessary. Leave for 15 mins
- Transfer ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
- Serve with Creme Fresh and bread if desired.
