Cheesy Herby Muffins

Ingredients
175g Gruyére Cheese
3 Spring Onions, finely sliced
1 tsp Thyme Leaves
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
100g Rice Flour
1/2 tsp Gluten - Free English Mustard
3 Eggs, Beaten
50g Butter, melted
4 tbsp Milk
Directions
- Line a Muffin tray with 8 muffin cases
- Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl until just combined and spoon the mixture into the muffin cases
- Place in a preheated over, 190 degrees celcius (Gas Mark 5) for 20 mins or until golden and just firm to the touch
- Remove from oven and serve warm
