Chocolate Chilli Fondue

Ingredients
150ml Double Cream
225g Dark Chocolate, Roughly chopped
1 Fresh Red Chilli, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Dark Rum
Fresh Fruit for dipping
Directions
- Place Cream into saucepan and bring to simmering point
- Add Chocolate, fresh chilli and chilli powder and stir until melted
- Add the dark rum and remove from heat
- Pour into fondue dish
- Arrange Fresh Fruit on plate for dipping
