French Madeleines

Ingredients
- Madeleine Mould recommended
- 76g Caster Sugar
- 91g Plain Flour
- 5g Bakers Yeast
- 75g Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- Citron Zest (or other flavour eg; Chocolate, Orange Zest, etc.)
Directions
- Pre-Heat Oven to 160 degrees
- Mix Eggs, Sugar, Flour and Bakers Yeast in Bowl
- Let sit for 30 mins
- Add cooled melted butter
- Grease Mould with Butter and Flour
- Put mix in mould
- Cook in over for 8 - 10 mins
- Leave to cool, then serve
